All orders are dispatched via a courier service requiring a signature upon receipt regardless of the order value. Orders may be shipped in several packages.
Currently, Topo UK only ships to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Standard Shipping - £5.00
We will aim to deliver your item within 2-4 working days. However, delivery times could be longer dependant on stock availability. We will always endeavour to keep you informed where this is the case.
Warehouse Opening Hours
Our warehouse is open from 9-5 Mon-Thurs and from 9-4 on Friday.
Delivery FAQ's
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and the destination of your parcel. We aim to deliver orders between 2-4 working days.
How long does it take to despatch orders?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 working days. During peak times and in other exceptional circumstances this may take longer. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
I am keen to get my order as soon as possible, what do I need to do get my order next day?
We will share your telephone number and email address with our shipping partner who may contact you to arrange a delivery time. Please note that weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. Topo Athletic are unfortunately unable to control or reimburse issues related to any of the above. But we have taken great care to work with only the best courier partners to ensure that your order makes its way to you as smoothly/quickly as possible.
What do I do if something goes wrong and I have not received my parcel?
We have a customer care team who are UK-based, brand-expert and ready to help should anything go wrong. They are contactable via customer.services@topoatletic.co.uk
How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Our courier will also confirm to you via email and/or phone that they have your order. You will then be able to track the order as it makes its way to you, and perhaps even re-direct if you are unable to sign for it.

We operate a subsidised returns policy and partner with Collect Plus to ensure that you have access to a premium, tracked courier service that will get your returned items back to us next day in most cases thereby enabling us to get you your money back into your account with minimal delay. All you pay is one low, flat-rate for any parcel you ship back to us using any of Collect Plus’s 10,000+ strong network of drop off locations.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned. Of course, if there is a manufacturing fault with your garment you are welcome to return the items for a full refund.
Are my returns tracked and insured?
Yes they are, we only operate a tracked service and this gives you peace of mind that your returns parcel will get back to us quickly and safely.
